DIFFICULT to scan long receipt and always get REJECTED anyhow. If you only want the receipt number, just add an extra entry for receipt number before the scanning. Your app rating will keep going down without any IMPROVEMENT!!!

Horrible experience!!!!. The android version cannot scan the receipts.The app hangs repeatedly. Worse, after submiited sll my 3 receipts of total > 100 spent using the ios app, they took many days to process and after procesing all my recepits were rejected with 'Other Reasons'. Recently also saw the promotio of grear app offering passion card $5 voucher but when i visited the customer counter was told I need a min spend or other conditions. Just feel the entire app and experience is a flop.

lousy app, keeps hanging, crashing and now it won't start. great w city has also now disabled wifi but still remains open for business, what rationale??

Tried 6 times then managed to upload 1 receipt. Another tried 10 times still showing error. Super lousy app.
