Absolute garbage. They haven't yet updated it for Android 10 so it doesn't open. I need to access my account but cannot. I most likely not be renewing my policy with MSH...

it requires permission to manage you phone call, media and more. If you deny it won't work. Rubbish

The app doesn't even open. I've reinstalled it and I get the same problem
