Description
The My Rush mobile application is a platform for keeping patients connected to and engaged with Rush Health Network in order to easily and collaboratively manage their health and wellness.
The app provides many features such as access to the patient’s own electronic health record including procedures, medications and test results. It also connects patients to physicians within the network based on symptoms or even referrals. Visits can be scheduled right from the device whether it’s an in-person office appointment or a real-time, on-demand video visit.
The application facilitates guided patient journeys specific to various diseases gently guiding a patient to resources, tools and education specific to their condition via context aware engagement.
