Description
NCR TouchPOS is the Android POS Client for NCR Venue Manager.
TouchPOS operates over WiFi and can be downloaded on the customer's own mobile device, or used with NCR Hospitality T1000 POS Terminal.
Other major advantages of the TouchPOS software are:
• A flexible keypad layout with 255 available key locations
• Twelve selector / menu keys controlling a matrix of 6 x 6 keys, to enable logical menu layouts
• Online changes to the keypad without the need to print overlays
• Easy sizing of keys to enable single, double and quad sizes
• Bitmaps on keys as a visual identification of products for the user
• Interactive clerk keys, with clerk names displayed on the key when logged on
• A large number of options that can be displayed on a single page for category keys
• The software that runs on a mobile device that does not have to be dedicated exclusively to the TouchPOS application

What's New NCR TouchPOS
New in 1.01.15 (7-09-110X):
- Added support for "Gross" service charge calculations which calculates service charge on the taxes of items within the sale (the existing "Net" calculation uses the tax exclusive item prices to calculate service charge).
- Added support for the VeriFone VX805 Pinpad which allows Apple Pay and other Credit Card transactions via Protobase.
