This game aims to train your memory and according to a recent scientific study it could improve your intelligence !
The proposed exercise is called Dual-NBack. Two memory tests run simultaneously, that's what Dual stands for. The first test concerns a token moving on a grid, you have to remember its prior positions. The second test also trains your memory but with sounds, you have to remember the prior sounds played.
What you do in the exercise : when the current position of the token on the grid matches the prior position (whose the oldness depends on the mode you are playing) you validate the correspondence with the associate button. That's exactly the same with the sounds, you validate the correspondences between sounds with the sound button.
At each session start, a dialog recalls you what to do specifically for the current game mode. So just go through the test and you'll understand rapidly.
