  Very good. One thing is missing, customer is able to lodge complaint through app, by doing so the service provider can save huge amount incurring due to call center operations.   I found most USELESS App as there is no complaint raise / service request raise facility in the app. Developer please have a look at Act fiber net App. It is simple to rase a service request. You have lot of opportunity for improvement .

  Its good as long as u r getting internet. Once any network issue araises, its hell to get it resolved. In this app, there is no option to raise complaint. And funny thing is u cant make bill payment in this app.

  Guest Wifi is not working et all. saying Guest ssid not enable. After reporting still not working at all. And one more thing. I have subscribed 100 mbps connection from few months. But I can see, Inspite of 100 mbps speed still some steaming website buffering? What is this?

  Very, very slow. Frequent Internet speed tests show upload speed at range 23-24 Mbps & download 8-9 Mbps. Plan taken for 40 Mbps. Due to low bandwidth it takes forever to open office portals. When you are not providing full plan or atleast 80% coverage monthly bills ensure recovery for full plan value. Do something about the speed, stop cheating customers.

  Update on my review : while the app works fine for now, I still maintain my status on the ability to reach out to airtel customer care. Pathetic. The app just doesn't go beyond the register page. Even after waiting for quite some time, I don't get the OTP to complete the registration. While I appreciate the quality of the Airtel fiber network under normal conditions, if there is a breakdown or any other problem, it's a big pain to reach out for support. Absolutely disgusting from Airtel.
