This app is mainly for simultaneous recording of incoming and outgoing calls.

If the first recording failed, please do the "Automated troubleshooting test and repair".
Please note that different mobile phone will have different performance. Hence, we suggest that users can try the free version before purchasing to upgrade the app.
If you face any recording issues or want to improve recording quality, please try to set different audio format, audio source and audio encorder.
