  Horrible app! Nothing works - scheduling function finds no drives no matter what criteria I use, no history is visible. Can see my name and blood type - that's it!! Previous version was great - this version is useless garbage!

  Current version of the app is not tracking my blood, will not load current appointments, and will not allow me to schedule any appointments.

  Tried to complete pre-donation questionnaire, QR code popped up for ~1 second, returned me to the first screen, can't find a record of starting it. If i need to keep track of appointments, i have a calendar with all my appointments in one place....

  To create an account, the app requires me to enter my birth date by scrolling back month by month from the present date. That is 838 taps. Of course I can just tell the app I'm 18 years old...but that's a pretty big lie.

  Good: auto-add appointment to calendar, digital rapid pass, sign-in, donor card, scheduling (so-so), rescheduling (meh) Bad: follow my "blood journey" doesn't work at all. When scheduling/rescheduling, it doesn't tell you time slots are full til the end. It shouldn't prompt you to take a time slot that is already full! Gotta keep trying again and again. Most disappointing is not really being able to follow my "blood journey" though.

  I like this app, mainly to see where my donations are sent but also to speed up the process of donating blood. The new update is okay, but I notice it doesn't show me anything but the name of the hospital my donation was sent to. My donations are sometimes sent out of state, and it makes me proud to see that. I would like the state and city added like it used to be, it helps keep me motivated to donate. Please add state and city of where donation was sent. Thank you.
