  Easy to use but one issue. Everytime I go out of the app, my cart will not load properly when I go back to the app so I need to go to the chewy home screen and back to my cart. A pain when I am trying to compare prices or look for coupons. Otherwise love chewy! The selection is great. Good deals. And easy to navigate and order from. Chewy had helped us prepare for and take care of our new GSD puppy.

  Easy and informative; I like that I can see reviews and suggested items that really do fit what my dog would like. The suggestions are honestly reviewed/made and I appreciate the cleanliness of the app. It is almost identical to the actual website but phone-sized and friendly, if that makes sense.

  Ordering is easy, and auto shipping is a great service! My dog food comes without me having to think about it, and it's been easy to adjust the frequency as my puppy has been growing. I had an issue with a dog bed and they replaced it immediately and for free. I definitely recommend chewy!

The best news is, if you need help with literally ANYTHING, they are there with a smile. I recommend Chewy to everyone. You won't find better customer service.

  Been shopping with Chewy for a few years and love the convenience of getting all the info I need, the variety is good, and having my order delivered is fantastic! Their staff is so nice and quick to solve any problem I have. Recently Friskies cans have been crushed and some are leaking but I trust Chewy will be handling the problem. Thanks Chewy!!
