I strongly recommend not to approach this broad band service. I am a customer from HB COLONY,B-CAMP LAST. I am daily facing internet issue. I dont understand everyday i have to raise a complaint. No one will respond to the complaint raised. If we call the respective incharge for my colony he speaks so rudely. I work in night shift Everyday around 7PM or 8PM(evening) the internet stops working and i have to raise a complaint. KINDLY DO NOT USE THIS DVR NET SERVICE THE STAFF PEOPLE DONT RESPONG AM

Those who are planning to take DVR connei just forget and look for other service provider. Worst , very worst service by DVR, No proper channel to look into the issue. The customer service number doest work. There is no channel to escalate the issue. No team management, no seriousness towards the issue.

Day 1 : I have contacted DVR team for internet Day 7 : DVR team responded they will provide me connection. Day 10: DVR team has done wiring Day 13: Router connection provided Day 15: Unable to browse anything. Daily I'll call them but no response. Pathetic service! Raising ticket also won't work. The same was endorsed by my friends who are using DVR services.

Losing connection frequently please fix or refund my money. Unable to reach phone numbers and If luckily get connected they say in 1 hour they will fix this.
