  They used a "technical issue" as an excuse to avoid refunding my money. Now their support team is adding more excuses and they don't want to give me my money back even when the order was cancelled by the traveler. I don't recommend this app unless you want to waste money for nothing and being fooled for these scammers.

  Can't use the app. Downloaded it and starts downloading an update for a few minutes, then says the update couldn't be downloaded and there's no way to use the app.

  App works fine but you shouldn't involve if you want reward fast. THEY WONT PAY YOU after 20 BUSINESS DAYS and probably longer than that. Read other traveler's reviews and you will get the idea.

  When it works, it works fine, but when you have an issue, grabr's customer service will not help at all. Its been 5 days and I haven't received a response to my support request.

  I can not confirm my phone. The sms is not sent and the call just give me 5 numbers on verification code is requested 6.
