  I am a caregiver for my grandmother but my grandmother's appointment details disappeared from my Health Buddy. I need to monitor her monitors plus she is of old age and you want me to take leave and bring her in person to add back the information!! Appointments disappeared but under the payment section, i can see her outstanding bills.. Seems like payment more important than appointments.. Please fix it asap. Than you

  Having issues with not being able to check queue status, used to be fine till i did an update. Now in place of the queue no. is a sentence saying if i need assistance pls approach our staffs.

  How is it that my parents details have disappeared from HealthBuddy?! I am their Caregiver and bring both for numerous medical appointments every month so the HealthBuddy appointment system is crucial to help me track all the appts. It says I have to registered them again in person?! Are you kidding me?!!!!

  Trash app. Keep having to relogin and ask me to input a new number when i using same phone number. Cannot move on if i did not input new number. Worthless.

  After downloading invoice the page always hung. Experienced it twice and can't do anything except to uninstall and reinstall again. Please improve this. Thanks!

  I have this app installed. Can see my next appt but payment shows no outstanding although I received sms for payment but without the bill. Also, cannot see the latest bill in the app although next appt can be seen. Will not make payment without the bill. Not an effective app.
