There is no evidence that "Burn in" can help your headphones sound better. If there is evidence that this can help your JLab product perform better, why don't they sell you thier product at it's best Instead? It would help their sales no doubt. Simple, this app is a store for you to shop thier products which is why the app doesn't already open to the burn in section. Do not download the app unless you wish to shop for more JLab products.

Saddest excuse for an app related to a product. None of the menus work. Only useful for the burn in, can't troubleshoot my product for $#@!. Don't waste your time on this one find a YT video to do the break-in.

Works great! Really tuned in my new headphones after some hours of burn-in. My Pixel phone turned off the app after some minutes to save battery or something, but then was able to use it from a different phone.

It is an app to advertise JLabs products for free. I get it but at least get the burn in functionality work properly. It has 20 mins worth of different sounds, noises, etc. but it won't run more than 2 mins. Basically not doing what it is supposed to be doing. Since the majority of the digital clientele is kids anything you get is pretty broken nowadays.

"burn-in" give me a GD break bra. what kind of made up jargon is this ? earphones dont burn in.they reproduce sound frequencies and when they dont it's called broken.like this app is broken.go get some quality instrumentation and leave out the horseplay.my BOSE wireless came with no instructions for this nonsense and a usable app.

Burn-in tool: Literally it's a 20 minute clip of audio that you have to keep repeating for it to work for the "40 hours" they tell you and then tells you "Oh you can plug it in to your computer and play the file below" (keep in mind it's not downloadable and connecting it into my computer would cause my phone to just make static noises) Store: Really? After I purchase a $50 pair of earphones you direct me to an app where 85% of your entire app is dedicated to getting me to buy ANOTHER pair?
