  I find it very amusing that a driver can cancel a ride at the last minute with absolutely zero consequences. Then get stuck waiting for a half hour while the fare stays the same amount... hilarious

  Some of your drivers are not the greatest. Prices in the winter are ridiculous. Im not using this app for awhile after my last driver.

  I had a family member stranded 2.5 hours away and it kept declining my card, literally in an emergency situation. I booked a room with the same card on the same night. I tried to use lyft again, for a pick up and drop off under 5 miles which was like $10 and it still declined my card. It could work better for someone else but for me, it did not.
