  Terrible app. I've tried about 7 times now to book the same flight with various errors. The most recent being at checkout saying that I can't book a seat and to contact them once the booking has been made but then it won't allow me to remove the already chosen seat to make the booking.

  I was flying with you on 16th December from Hong Kong to Kolkata. I had the impression that my ticket will have an option for check in baggage. But, unfortunately I did not have. In such case most of the low cost airlines in US will charge you around USD25-30 for a check in baggage even if you have not made any pre booking. In your case I was asked to pay USD 150 for check in baggage just because I had not done pre booking (as I had wrong assumption about my ticket).

  Functionality is very limited on the app which leads to the question of why have the app in the first place? It doesn't store mobile boarding passes, booking status check is always a hit and miss situation. Loading times are really long and often timeout. Profiles always fail to load properly which really frustrates the booking experience. Overall a lot of work to be done on the app for it to be useful

  It is frustrating that i just could not get past the traveller info details page. I always get the 'something went wrong' message. Reinstalling the app did not help at all. Tried booking via its website but the price is much higher than what i get in the mobile app.

  Sigh, this app forever "something wrong, please try again". I tried to update my profile and it doesn't work; try to see my upcoming trips and it doesn't work. I have been having this problem since April 2019. It used to be friendly user few years back.
