  My apps does not wprk properly. I can allocate Internet quota to my subline up to 30Gb only before goes tp unlimited. Cannot allocate 40GB anad above. Another issue, bill online also not available

  I trying to long tok wit costomer service... in maxis apps have number to cal... when call system only tok wit us.. waste of time... if chat by WhatsApp or by chat agent Al's too bad... replay after 2-3 minutes... I cant solve my problem direct at maxis centre near me at aeon kulai Al's... thye said call to costomer service... if call costomer service number... system tok that end session... than y ur say to call costomer service... really too bad... make me angry and unhappy...really bad...

  As of late, it always has issues loading and bill info never appears! Called to lodge a complain over a month ago but all i keep getting is "working on it" ...but the app is still broken!!!
