    all day deal--started at 10 am--transferred a number--2 hours--now no cellular network and waiting for a live person----if u want this, it takes 4 or 5 hours to get--still on hold--no email response either---i do not know why it is so much trouble---so plad an all day deal to get service--maybe

    I'm not sure what everyone's issues are with this app and the wireless service from Qlink. I received my sim card on October 1st. Inserted it into my unlocked Metro phone. Sim activated immediately. I was then able to log in to Qlink's website and port my phone number in. This process was simple and again, no issues. The My Mobile Account app itself works well, I can view my account information, call/text/data usage and history etc. I'm satisfied and happy I found Qlink.

    I like several other people had a SIM card sent to me for a phone that is compatible with QLink. It is unlocked so there is no issues on my end. However neither my mobile data, phone or text messaging works. I did call customer support. Chatted with someone who was unable to solve what should be a simple issue. I can see now from the multiple people with the same issues as myself that it is unlikely to get resolved. I'm very unsatisfied with QLink service and I don't recommend it.

    This app stores your WiFi passwords somewhere in the cloud. Be careful with those passwords!!!

    I've had the Sim card for almost a month. Can't activate my phone. You took me number that I was transferring before I even received the Sim card now I can't get into any of my accounts because most need phone number to access. So now I've been without a phone can't get into my bank app or any other app related to my number and the bill was just paid a week prior to me signing up for qlink. So now I'm out of the money I paid on previous service (that I just should have kept) and no phone .
