    Very poor customer service. I connected with 3 people and all of them talked angrily with me like they don't want to help me. Specially when u select the talk with sinhala option. The English speaking agent talked nicely although it took so long that I disconnected from the call. Please make the option of creating our own password when we are registering a new SLT 4g LTE connection. Really disappointed. If you improve I will change my rating.
