Created tasks can be shared via Whatsapp or mail to the members. Sequentially, created tasks can have 3 status viz. waiting, working and done.

What types of audiences are targeted?
Targeted audiences of task app are Project Managers, Supervisors, and have holders etc.
Where can I add a member?
Click on the top extreme right button, with user icon, on the TASK screen.
Then click on circular button on right bottom of the Members screen.
Where can I add a category?
Click on the category icon on the TASK screen, Categories screen will appear,
now click on the green circular button with plus sign, in the right bottom.
Where can I create a task?
Click on circular button with plus sign on the right side bottom of TASK Screen.
How to add category to task?
Click on circular button with plus sign on the right side bottom of TASK screen then a pop-up screen will appear, and select the Category from the drop-down list.
How to delete a category?
To delete Category, click on red circular button with minus sign on the Categories screen.If selected Category has any task,and then first transfer all tasks to other Category before deleting it and then click on the delete option.
What are the status a task can have?
Tasks can have 3 status:
Waiting: If created task is not assigned to any member, it will appear as waiting with pink background.
Working: If the task is assigned to any member, it will appear as working with yellow background.
Done: If the assign task is completed by the member, it will appear as done with green background.
How to change the status of task?
There are three types of status of tasks namely, waiting, working, and done.
To change status from waiting to working: click on the circular button using time clock icon, for this target date and member must be selected first.
To change working task to waiting: click on circular button with question mark, with this target and member data will be cleared.
To change working task to done: click on circular button with check mark.
How to share task with other members?
Click on the share button on the top right side to share task with other members, the task will be shared in the excel format via Whatsapp, mail, etc.
How to search task?
Click on the search box and enter the text to search a particular task from existing list. User can click on the ‘Sort by’ to filter various tasks from pop-up menu list.
How to priorities a task?
Click on star button to prioritize task, star with yellow color shows the high priority of the task and star with grey color shows the low priority of the task.
How to delete a member?
To delete member, click on red circular button with minus sign on the Members screen, if member has any task, then first assign the task to another member by selecting member from the drop down list, and then click on the delete option to delete member.
What is the Road Map?
For now, this app does not have an online collaboration; however, our team is looking forward in this direction. This functionality will be available in the near future.
