  App is good but I don't understand what is the point of scanning everything and packing nicely and when u come to the counter the cashier just again checks EVERYTHING and spoils your packing and wastes the time. Better to not use and go in the regular line in such case.

  Waste a lot of time at cashier when they are required to take out and check all the items in the trolley cart 1 by 1especially when u buy a household grocery with a lot of items. Normal scan and pay at counter much faster than using this app if the store not much with customer. This app only really useful and meet the purpose when we buy in small quantity. May be the store management need to improve the system so that the customer can fully utilise this app

  This app helps my in-store purchase in which I can immediately know my spending amount. I can easily add and remove items, and prices will be updated on the spot. I'm giving it a 4star just because the removing of items took a bit of figuring. The 1st time I used the app, I need to re-scan my items 2-3 times due to restarting my cart all over again because I needed to remove a few items. Would be better if after we press 'Remove' button, there's a indication that tell to RE-SCAN item to remove.

  Good app, convenient and fast checkout, as always have dedicated counter for scan&shop customers. But, it will be better if app can keep shopping history or maybe e-receipt sent to email.
