  Sometimes it works other times it doesnt. Most often it struggles to load my personal info and when it does it glitches out and wont let me check out. Other times random stores have random mobile ordering availability meaning just because they are open does t mean you can order through the app. Very buggy not really worth the hassle....you will through the drive through before it's done loading let alone ordering.

  I hate this app more than any other app I keep on my phone. If I'm required to use it for scanning my rewards card, the app should make that as painless and quick as possible. While ordering, if I open the app, it takes between 10 and 20 seconds to load the Scan for Rewards screen. This last time, the app forced an update while I was trying to bring up my card, so I was wasting everyone's time waiting for it. Look at the Starbucks app, trash your current UI codebase, and start again.

  The app is slow and constantly bugged. You place a order and it tells you the items are unavailable..a coffee is unavailable at Tims. Really? However lets you order after closing several times. Then when items aren't available which you paid for you go to store to pick up and they don't have them. This app sucks. It's slow and takes way to long to refresh which is odd because I have very good connection. Sometimes you have items and it won't let you pick the location so you have to restart app.

  😢 The mobile order interface is extemely sluggish and the buttons are often unresponsive. It is next to impossible to place a mobile order in less than 10 minutes. I don't even try anymore. 😐 Rewards management is the only useable feature.

  Can't reload via credit card even tried a different card same result. I really enjoyed the app when I could order ahead and skip the line. Only use now is to collect and redeem points. Step up your game Tim Hortons!!
