  Completely Worst experience ,When i paid my property tax through upi the payment was successfull and my money got deducted but when i tried to download the receipt it says no records available.

  Pathetic App! Why are somethings in English while other like in the drop down are in Marati. How stupid! I have already explained the problem. Why do I need to send a email. Also receipt download does not work. Why they hire 3rd class people to develop such App!

  Being a professional Tester your apps need to imporve with the below applicable points 1. Setting should have English as primary. 2. Areawise nagarsevak info(contact, office address) should be there with option. 3. There should be a complaint box which commisnor/mayor can see directly. 4. After tab in with chrome or other app.. and again tab in to the application doesnt refresh. There is a cache problem i gues so. There are 30 defects which i have mailed you talk to your team & vvmc regarding
