  Forced to sign up as I'm not in a GP catchment area. Never needed to have an appointment. But they email sometimes asking for, say, a blood pressure reading. I can neither send nor store this in the app! Why not? They want it emailed and when you do the info they ask for is different from the original request so there are more emsils. So definitely room for improvement!

  I don't usually write reviews but this app made seeing a GP literally from not having an account at 8:30 to seeing a GP at 9:40. I went to the nearest pharmacy to collect my prescription. Also the support staff were very helpful.

  Keep away from this app. It doesn't provide a fast track NHS service. It is a private health insurance appointment making app in disguise......I paid £149 for a year's membership for one GP appointment and since it does not involve physical examination and you are only refered to a private consultant it was completely useless and most costly telephone appointment I have ever had.

  Worst "GP" ever! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! Video call with GP cut out no call back and no way for me to contact GP as it was through app. Hospital sent referral letter to GP but they claimed to not have recieved it so I emailed my copy to GP and been over 6 weeks no action. Made appt with GP and they cancelled it without any explanation or even rescheduling. Just stick to a normal walk in medical practice, this is good concept poor execution.

  The most useless app ever made, 1stly when I need an appointment it gives me location 30 to 45 min away from my place, even though I have a dozen gp's around my location in London, and they will also cancel your appointments without you concent, twice they did this shifted my appointment to a date I'm not available, what's the point of this app if it takes 1 month to book an appointment for a blood test, this app is a joke, and all doctors and nurses are very unprofessional, and has no regards
