  Misleading ppl with promotions and says download the app and get AED 200 instant credit and when you download the application and end up with loyal points. Asked them where is the credit, they will answer with sorry for the misunderstanding. The voucher is very clear with the words But all they want is to download the application I will dellete it. I am a smart buyer 👍👍

  Worst experience. Placed an order, paid online, order was then canceled by the restaurant as I am not in their delivery area. Getting a response from customer service is the worst, slow and for some reason the messages dont get delivered on their chat. Better invest on the app prior to dishing out money on marketing.

  Prices r approx 30% more so no use of 200 AED credit as u will get it as 20% discout. So still actually u r paying 5 % more. Need to improve a lot app is very slow, settings r not proper, people need to save time and want quick services. Work on it best of luck. Uninstalled for now.

  If you want to compete with Zomato then please ensure your app is at least up to speed and offers customers a seamless experience. Right now your app is very slow and lags a seamless experience. Also I thought you guys said support local restaurants without delivery charge but I see you do charge delivery charge, again that's another downer.
