  This app does work. First time when i order for pickup, just to find out that they send my order to a store that was not even opened. Today i decided to give it another try. For delivery, and i know the restaurant they selected is open. Waited for 2 hours and not recieving any form of following up. Called the place to findout they never got the order. Both times got charged within two seconds. Which i think is the only thing the app is capable of doing.

  The app doesn't off all menu items and also is limited in the bank card you can use for purchase. There no real ability to earn coupons or offer chicken a la carte or seafood. The functionality of the app is average, but nonetheless it works.. occasionally.

  The app has gotten a lot better. It's not use friendly and it loads better. The menu is streamlined but still restrictive. I wish I could choose the pieces of chicken I want when i order through the app or even buy chicken a la carte. I ask for 3 pieces of white meat and they give me a breast and two thighs or a wing, breast and a thigh. When I order at the store I get two wings and a leg or two legs and a wing. I don't like big pieces of chicken so it would be nice to choose what I want.

  The app is great and easy to use minus a few issues dealing with food ordering. For example, there isn't an option for adding sauces to the order. Its only one that comes with the order of it is intended to be served with like shrimp or wings, but say I'd like a ranch with my fries, that isn't possible. Also new items don't seem to work like as of 9/08, the ghost pepper wings. I cant click on them to purchase. The shrimp item wasn't available either but it is now which is nice.

  Can be pretty buggy, especially during checkout(blank screen, random error messages etc). Offers items that aren't available, but won't tell you that until checkout, which is very annoying. I wish you had more control over your order. For example, there's no option to exclude wings in a family meal, or you can't order extra or stand alone sauces.

  In General design is not bad, hate the fact that it keeps glitching. Everytime I try to add Applies to the order, for some odd reason, it freezes and won't let me place my order. Then I have to take the app off and reinstall and try it again. Then it won't let you remove anything for the order unless it times out. All in all very annoying! Fix the glitches and I'll rate it again. Right now I hate using it but I'm forced to if I want to be able to use get the Deals.
