'Indian Caller Id' as the name suggests is an application developed to act as a Caller Identification and made specifically for our people to get knowledge of the unknown person from whom they are getting calls.
Indian Caller Id coverage includes only India.
Indian Caller Id offers you extreme fast ,secure and highly reliable Caller Id service.
Salient features include :
Caller Id - Name, Operator Name and Location of the service provider.
LookUp on Caller Screen - Fast lookup of Incoming number on Calling Screen(works only on WiFi or 3G)
Search History - List of recent searches made via Indian Caller Id.
Indian Caller Id fetches contacts from various reliable sources which includes users who have installed the app.
Indian Caller Id assures a secured channel between us and our users for the data that is exchanged every time.
Indian Caller Id does not sell, share data with any third party application and/or organization.
The settings panel of Indian Caller Id provides user with certain options which might help them in customizing the app as per their preference.
The Search Pop up on call can be disabled under this settings panel.
The Deep Search(Beta) feature can be used to get more precise results for any particular number.(This can comparatively take more time than the normal search)

INTERNET - To access our servers to fetch details.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE & ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - To check the type of connection (wether Mobile Internet or WiFi)
PHONE_STATE - To check if its an incoming call , if yes then search details about the same.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - To create text files in External storage (SdCard) to save log files.
READ_CONTACTS - Indian Caller Id wont show up caller details of users already present in your phone on calling screen.
MAPS_RECEIVE - To display location on Google Maps
WAKE_LOCK - To send push notifications to phone even in locked state.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION - Helps 'Deep Search' feature to do a fast area wise look up and later on serve location specific ads in next version.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - To initiate app after boot up.
