SharElite for Android is an Indian App and it simplifies the task of transferring files and directories from one device to another. Some of its features include:

Steps for transferring:

4. Select the device from the list to transfer the file to.

for bugs related to transfers on same wifi, turn off and then turn on the receive transfer option in settings.
for bugs related to transfers which are showing in notifications, which you didn't start, you can turn off transfer notifications or simply hide it.
