  Worst customer service till now i have seen now. When i apply for new connection i got many calls from their staff but after i made a payment for new coonectivity & security deposit but they do not configure the wifi & not reply my calls & attend my calls

  I can say that once I changed the connection to fiber, there services has improved a lot. It was go down time to time but comes back in less then an hour.

  Pathetic customer service. Don't use their services. There is no rating less then 1 so I had to rate atleast one to share my experience. While I was using the connection there was no speed, I always had to use my mobile data. After disconnection, I raised numerous requests for refund and device removal but no action had taken in 4 months. Never seen this much worst customer service ever. @Timbl team - I had already raised my concern at your support email id., So provide me concrete solution.

  Very bad service, I am facing speed issue since 1 month and Timbl Team is not providing me speed as committed, they are taking customer complaints very lightly. Executive has sold me connection with promise of 60mbps speed and unlimited data. And for completing the Target my connection was installed within 2hours. And they told me that after 1hour you can access with 60mbps speed. What a joke they had done with me, now after completing 1 month I am still struggling for committed speed.

  Wrost broadband service I have ever received. Please use your mobile data instead of using it. They do not respond your call and massage they only respond when your service date is over. I have call them more than 100 times but still issue not resolved. My issue number is C003, C004. They only says "Sir aapke issue ko forward kr diya ja rha h team aapse coordinate kr legi". But there team never call you. As well as if you wish to cancel the subscriptions but no refund.
