This app is misrepresented in the ad images. There are no backgrounds in this app. If you would like a rotating cloudy sky with balloons, and a rainbow, You might like this. That's all you get, along with a choice of multicolor or single color. Also if you don't mind the life drained out of your battery. I gave it 2* because the ads aren't too bad and the balloons are pretty. Uninstalling. Sorry .I will check later for improvements like choice of backgrounds for example.
