I always get what I need coming to this app on my mobile phone the only thing I hate is having the authenticating my password and everything once a month I say remember my device and it doesn't this is something you need to address I thank you but I love using this app on my mobile except when I have to verify code and I got to switch and get new verify code every time I have to reset my login page.

Works great for everything except the most important thing. Clocking in and out is extremely unreliable. I loved clocking in and out before but ever since it was implemented with location service, it says I'm not at an Amazon facility even though I have location on, Google Maps shows me in the building, and I'm on the amazon network. Please remove location or widen the threshold for it to like 1 mile so we can actually use it.

Be careful updating to the newest version of this application. It does nothing but take you to the website itself and hangs up before logging you in. Completely unreliable at this point. I can not check my punches, my time, my pay or anything for that matter. Be cautious and don't just "it works great" as the complete truth. Was a 5/5 star application before this change.

The App is not doing well with the 11 hour shifts. It does not recognize punching out for two lunch breaks. Schedule does not log properly with the additional punches in and out. Shows me using my UPT when HR says everything is good. Very confusing and I have stood in line for HR for a additional two hours to be told there is no problem.

Perfect for punching out , there is some lag for VET but it's understandable as it's hard to get it in real time.

Works great except if you're one of the few exceptions without a schedule and need to put in for some time off. It used to work, but not anymore.
