BookBites Bibliotek

BookBites er en relativt ny lese- og utlånsapp i Norge. Alle kan laste ned appen og opprette en bruker, men for å låne bøker må du ha lånekort på et bibliotek som bruker BookBites til å låne ut e-bøker og digitale lydbøker.
Per mars 2020 bruker alle folkebibliotek i fylkene Viken, Innlandet, Vestland (minus Bergen), Troms og Finnmark (inkludert Svalbard), Vestfold og Telemark BookBites-appen til å låne ut digitale bøker. Bibliotekene i Nordland kommer på hvert øyeblikk. I tillegg bruker E-bibliotek for sjøfolk også appen.

BookBites kan brukes av alle målgrupper, voksne og barn, og har en rekke funksjoner som støtter opp under den gode leseopplevelsen og motiverer deg til å lese videre. Appen har hjelpemidler for ulike lesevansker, for eksempel dysleksi, og et brukervennlig og engasjerende design.

BookBites is a relatively new reading and lending app in Norway. Anyone can download the app and create a user, but to borrow books you need to have a loan card in a library that uses BookBites to lend ebooks and digital audiobooks.
As of March 2020, all public libraries in the counties use Viken, Inland, Vestland (minus Bergen), Troms and Finnmark (including Svalbard), Vestfold and the Telemark BookBites app to lend digital books. The libraries in Nordland come at every moment. In addition, the E-Library for seafarers also uses the app.
Can you borrow from a library in one of these counties but lack a credit card? Contact your nearest library and they will help you obtain a loan card.
BookBites can be used by all audiences, adults and children, and has a number of features that support the good reading experience and motivate you to read on. The app has aids for various reading difficulties, such as dyslexia, and a user-friendly and engaging design.
