and players of potential concussions. If you suffer a blow to the head, you should
seek a diagnosis from a medical expert.

Diagnose and advise on concussions
Provide treatment and return to play protocols for athletes suffering from a
blow to the head
Provide counseling on long-term effects from TBI (traumatic brain injury)
Schedule video appointments or in-office appointments with the provider of
your choice

provides an easy to use, convenient, HIPAA-compliant place to connect patients with
