Equalution makes dieting simple through a body transformation service applying a scientific formula to derive your individual calorie, protein, carb and fat goal and meeting these using your food preferences. The Equalution app is the platform used to deliver your own personalised body transformation service aiming to change your body to achieve your goal, your mind to improve your relationship with food and improve overall health, fitness and wellbeing through your nutrition.
Tailored to all body goals such as fat loss, muscle gain, weight management or even just fuelling your body with what it needs to boost your health, Equalution is your vehicle to results while educating you on your body's needs to achieve these goals and sustain your results long term.
The app is the one stop shop for submitting your weekly check in and food preferences, chatting to your coaches and reaching out for support or assistance and tracking your food and meeting your calories and macronutrients. Equalution allows you to achieve your goal all the while making friends with food.

- Strategised calorie intake goal customised to YOU.
- Strategised protein, fat and carb goals (MACROS).
- A meal plan is defined as one full day option
(which can be repeated throughout the week)
detailing what to eat from meals 1-6 daily (can be customised),
note: this is not 7 meal plans for 1 x week.
- Personalised single meal plan option provided weekly
based on food preferences and meal requests.
- Each week after you submit your check in,
we assess results, and restrategise your intake
goals for the following week.
- Self track using a calorie counting tool when
wanting to make changes to the meal plan.

BEGINNERS – FOR THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT
- Two customised meal plan options per week sent in
a monthly block based on your macronutrient goals. Note:
calorie and macronutrient goals are
not provided.
- Each meal plan details exactly what to eat
for each meal per day.
- Inclusion of one social amendment per week
which provides you with one temporary meal plan
to cater for dine out/ social events.
