Originally India was a A2 type milk producing country as Our native cow breeds products only A2 milk. The imported breeds like Holstein Friesian (HF), Jersey etc. produce mainly AI type milk. A1 milk is associated with diabetes, coronary heart disease. Autism, schizophrenia and other health related issues.
Finding of life science has proved that milk of Indian cows contains an amino acid PROLINK which is strong bonded to another amino and INSOLEUCINE. Such milk, called as A2 milk has the capability to fight against diseases and disorders of the human body like obesity, joint pain, asthma. Mental problems etc. A2 milk contains high levels of Omega 3 that deans the cholesterol, deposits of blood vessels. Cerebrosides present in A2 milk increases brain power. Strontium of A2 milk enhances the body Immunity and protects it from harmful radiation.
The A2 allele is responsible for making available more Omega-6 fatty acids in milk. The pure Indian breed Desi cow produces A2 milk, which contains less Betacosmophoriane-7(BCM-7), as opposed to the hybrid cows which generally produce AI milk.
