How is MINRIS useful for me?
MINRIS is intended to be an ‘All in One’ information and analytics app for the Raw Material
Industry. App has Services ranging from covering all raw material production, trade, pricing
globally along with location of mines, information of mining operators and mine
production capacity. Further it has information on Policy, Legislation and licensing
information of Mining Sector of various countries. It also has some analytical features like
Comparing Global Mineral Production across Countries and in future we plan to add more
advanced features like Price and Demand Forecasting for Raw Material Supply Chain.
2. What is the usage of Minestat Feature?
Minsestat allows you to select a particular country in a region, for that country you can
select any mineral produced, imported or exported and for a period between 1970-2014
observe their volume of production/import/export. You can see the trend in a line chart
form and also check data in table form. Both are downloadable.
3. What is the usage of Minalytics Feature?
Minalytics is our Analytics corner and contains features which focus on analysis, forecasting
etc.
Compare Production: You can use this to select a country and compare production volume
of up to 5 minerals mined in that country or select a country and compare its production
volume in up to 5 countries. The period of comparison is fixed for 2007/08 – 2015/16
Market Trends: You can check Global Price of listed commodities.
Few features in this section will be released shortly and focus on forecasting price, recycling
data for selected minerals
4. What is the usage of Mindirectory Feature?
MinDirectory is a Dedicated Directory and Library of Information for users to view and
download.
Country Profile: 120 Countries have data on Government Policy and Legislations, Resource
Maps, Mine Application procedures, useful reports and links related to the mining industry
in that country
Miner Operation Statistics: List of Mines, Mine locations, Production Capacity and Mine
ownership information and statistics
5. What is this trial version message I keep getting?
As soon as you sign up for the app, your trial package gets activated and is valid for 48 hours.
In this period you can use all features of app without any restrictions. Further after trial
period expiry, you need to subscribe to one of our membership packages to keep using all
features of app unrestricted
6. How can I subscribe for app membership?
In our drop-down menu, you can find subscription feature. It will take you to subscription
page. After that you can subscribe by paying the required fee via credit card, debit card.
7. What are the benefits of subscribing to the app?
--By Subscribing to any of the app membership plan you are entitled to use all the features
and upgrades in the app for a specified period (1 year mostly).
--As a subscribed member you can also ask us for specific data and information (not present
in app) via Request Service Feature (check dropdown menu) and our team of experts would
help you in collecting it.
--As a member of MINRIS App you automatically get eligible to our Project Facilitation
Platform.
8. What is this project facilitation platform which is being mentioned as a benefit?
