In order to use all the features in My A1 app and access all of your A1 services, you should register an owner profile.

A really bad app because it only works in Bulgarian language. And the content is not useful at all. There is no option to charge money on a prepaid SIM or select a phone bundle. I seems that this app is not intended to work with prepaid SIM cards. The company should look at the app of Telenor and make it better what could hardly be achieved.

The application is not bad, but too often it requires update... I don't have much space on disk in my phone, so everytime I need to free space for the new version, and it means to delete and uninstall 3-4 other apps... Really bored already from that situation!

I have stated several times that I do not want to receive any commercials, special offers or to participate in the games they organise. And no one seems to care. I keep on receiving SMS or phone calls about new offers, phones, etc. I do not want to! I have blocked all the numbers you use to get in touch with me. But through the official one, which sends me reminders for my invoice, I can't block, since obviously I want this, but that number also sends me commercials. How can I make this stop?

App is still not efficient enough. Can't top up my prepaid card yet for whatever reason.
