I have it set to give me push notifications about certain trains during the day. It doesnt give me any notifications, not once. There have been delays all the time on my trains and it should notify me on my phone, but it doesn't. How do I get push alerts for my trips that I set-up? This app is confusing. Im on 4G or wifi and ive never once gotten an alert for a trip when my train is delayed.

This app dose not give the right times and when it gives a time the bus still dont show up on time. Also this app dont show all the bus times like it should, it leaves out some of the buses.

I rely on this app for my commute to work, but lately it locks up and I have to force stop it for my pass to come up or for the bus stop notices to refresh.

Please handle timeouts and server connection issues a bit more promptly. I miss buses due to connection issues regularly

Ride times only works well if the stop you are standing at has 1 stop otherwise it tells you only 1 bus is coming. Then it was wrong about the time said bus wound arrive when it finally showed up.
