Niwi Trips offers ride-hailing services. With Niwi Trips, you can book car, bike or any other vehicle for quick travel. Our service is currently available in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and several other cities in Pakistan. No more parking hassle or wait time for cab.
Simply choose your ride option, click your destination and our Niwi Drivers will be there to provide ride services for your comfortable navigation.
Here is how Niwi Trips works in more detail:
- Download and install Niwi Trips app.
- Book your ride type (car, bike, rickshaw or courier service) depending on type of vehicle you need and enter your destination.
You will get upfront pricing before a ride.
- Once you confirm your Niwi ride, you will be matched with a nearby driver. You can check driver's name, car model and license plate number. All our drivers are certified to provide rides in Pakistan; in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi in particular.
- Track your driver's arrival and trip route via GPS.
- Pay for your ride by cash or credit card.
- You may rate your travel after concluding your ride. This way you can help us improve our service.

From now on, when the driver cancels an order for some reason, this order will be taken back to the list of active orders, and another driver will be able to pick it up shortly.
