Description

Allows to suspend the automatic screen off.
Then, reactivate it with the previously memorized delay.
Click on the widget to toggle between the two modes.
Changing of the screen off delay remains the same :
Parameters/Display/Screen timeout
To get access to the preference screen, double tap on the application icon or the widget within 2 seconds.
For automation, pass "com.k2.set/on" or "com.k2.set/off" in data field (-d parameters for am command for ex.) to change the state.
Access required :
MODIFY SYSTEM SETTINGS
To change the screen timeout (goal of the application !)
This application doesn't require Internet or Telephony access, so keep cool

I read newspaper in English, so i use mobile dictionary, so to check meaning of any spelling i had to unlock fone every time, but by this app my work is very smooth Thanks for such application

Only would do app off or 600 seconds of screen on (which is the most you can set it to in your phone settings. Not particularly helpful at all, since it doesn't do anything your phone doesn't already do!.

Update: Weeks later, still excellent. 5 ⭐ Simple unobtrusive and works with S10. Excellent when you want to do more with the screen then the nanny state standard Samsung options allow (it's Android FFS, a key differentiator from iOS *should be* an expanded ability to control the device). Thank you app dev!

I believe that the app worked in the past, but since it isn't updated it doesn't work anymore. I hope this gets an update soon
