**Edit - Worse than terrible now. Installed on brand new Chromebook, app opens and works as intended, but anytime you click "watch now" it crashes. Is there a zero stars option? Terrible. Won't launch without clearing cache or rebooting. Won't play in landscape. Buggy. Avoid.

Keep getting this error, since yesterday when I try and login to record. "Something unexpected happened. Please try again later (LP1008)" "Retry"

This app has NEVER worked. I am so annoyed. I have followed all your advice, and it still sucks.

After latest update, will not work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times Still no luck. Screen first frozen after a few seconds of play, now I only get a blank screen. Shaw had a better system

Like everyone else, latest update has made this app unusable. Got kicked off my account, tried to log back in, even reset my password. Kept getting the same error (LP1008). Even tried logging in using another family member's account, still the same error.
