Parcours verts et actifs

The "green course and assets: I heart my alley" is one of 181 initiatives from I Do MTL and as Official Partner physically active Montreal. By creating four pilot courses, the project aims to build on existing green lanes to encourage, develop and enhance the active movement in neighborhoods and youth, physical activity, socialization and cultural knowledge, artistic and historical.
This mobile application allows you to orientate on four courses of about 5 km, with a geographic location map on the go.
thematic interests of (physical activity, arts and culture, history and architectural heritage, green and citizen initiatives) have just improve your stroll on the course. These points of interest have been proposed by different stakeholders and it is also possible for you to offer points of interest (see news section). They include videos, images, links to websites and text.
A sign plan was also developed by the REQ. This provides for a logo and signage hybrid, combining the use of markings and small cloth flags hanging on poles certain to be on the course.
The courses have been developed by the active collaboration of three eco-districts, three districts (Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, the Southwest and Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie), many local partners and eco-neighborhoods Grouping (REQ).
