Tried to order pizza, first on the web site and then on the App. Typed in my address, neither one would save my address info. Created account and then attempted to place order, still wouldn't save my address. Have up, and just made my own diner.

App ok except for address entry for delivery, cannot update address. Contacted help desk a few times and no change.

App is brutal, it's bogged down with constantly asking for info, it's very poorly optimized and inefficient. It's a good representation of Pizza Pizza as a whole - a corporate pizza company. Missed a dipping sauce? Call a call center, transfer to customer service, wait for them to call the store and then get back to you. It's brutally managed and always a disappointing experience.

Some items cannot be removed from the cart. Guess I cant use the app until I am ready to order two half moon cheesy breads in one order.
