Notifications by SMS and Android app seldom work - so what's the point? "Technical support" seems to be run by a feckless teenager.

Mobile app is the worst I have ever used. We miss 90% of our incoming live chats from our website. Best part is on their website "live chat" never has anyone live. I am on the paid version too. Not worth it. Online dashboard works good. Currently looking at new live chats.
