Recipes rawon which is a typical food like Surabaya in East Java, or also in Surakarta, Central Java. Rawon already very well known in almost every corner of the area once we meet this rawon. Rawon is a food shaped meat soup with herbs typical that contain kluek. Rawon using beef cut into small pieces so that the seasoning soup used to be very typical of Indonesian cuisine. Some mix rawon is using onion, garlic, galangal (laos), lemongrass, coriander, turmeric, chilli, salt, kluek and vegetable oils. To make rawon ingredients are usually blended in advance except lemongrass and galangal. Spices are pan until fragrant then stir the finished mixed into kalu results rebsan bersam with beef meat.
