App doesn't sync normally and also the UI is shaky, need to work on this. I'm not even sure if my filter needs replacement or not. Post purchase service has been terrible, no servicing till now! Also no notifications or reminders for recharge anymore.

I am using livpure from approx last 1.5 years ..in the beggining the service was gud but from last few months te service is very bad ,not bcsr of lockdown...the device that is in the RO machine is not working proprly ,i have raised a complain for this but no one is listening ...the machine is showing xtra litres of usage ...and litres gor finished before the time like 10- 15 days before .. So its vry expensive ....nd making fool of us.. I m going to discontinue the services...
