I have been trying to pair this watch to my phone for almost 2 hrs now between last night and this morning. Without the watch/time function working (which is only set by the pairing of the two), this item isn't much use to me. If I can ever get it to work properly, I may be able to update my review to a better one. I have even uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times and have tried everything that I could think of to get the two to pair.

Fail! Could not get bluetooth to connect to android, No operating instructions or supplier contact info. Want my money back. :-(((

I had sporadic problems with connections, but I was usually able to figure it out. Since the most recent update, it sucks my battery and heats up my phone. I noticed many others have had this same problem. Please Fix It!!

Not good! Doesn't synchronize with watch often, crashes a lot! Misic feature doesn't work! Useless! Can't compete with Samsung health app. Sadly the watch isn't compatible with that.

This app used to work fine but recently I was getting alerts saying the app is draining the battery and I have to force it to stop. Also my phone was getting extremely hot. I see an update was made in July which is when my problems started. have uninstalled and tried to reinstall but my phone is getting too hot again in a matter of minutes. I have now uninstalled. I guess I will have to just wait until the developers release another update to hopefully fix whatever they changed.
