Soal Ujian Nasional (UN) dan Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (USBN) SD/MI Tahun 2020/2021
Ujian Nasional yang diselenggarakan bagi siswa sekolah dasar memiliki dua tahap yakni, UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan 3 mata pelajaran yaitu :
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Matematika
- IPA
Sedangkan Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional itu mencakup keseluruhan mata pelajaran yang diantaranya :

- Bahasa Inggris
- PKN
- Penjaskes
- PAI
- IPS
- Dll.
Seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) SMP/MTS akan memakai nilai ujian nasional (UN/UNKP). Mekanismenya, Dinas Pendidikan tidak menggunakan passing grade di tingkat provinsi. Melainkan passing grade di setiap daerah. Selain itu, hasil ujian nasional berbasis komputer (UNBK) serta ujian nasional berbasis kertas dan pensil (UNKP/UN) tidak dibedakan.
Tingkat integritas untuk soal UNKP/UN dianggap belum seperti UNBK. Meski begitu, semua pihak yang menyelenggarakan UNKP tak lantas dianggap tidak jujur atau curang. ’’UNKP dengan standar pengawasan yang baik juga bisa jujur,’’
Rata-rata hampir setiap sekolah menengah pertama negri menerima siswa baru dengan tahap seleksi pertama yaitu siswa harus lulus dengan nilai dari UN/UNKP mencapai atau melebihi standar minimal dari SMP/MTs Negri yang dituju.
