Even 1 star is too much rate for this company. Low quality cars and bad experience with the company management. They charge me 200 AED for parking the car in the open gated community. This community i used to park U Drive cars inside it, but suddenly without any notice. The only reply that I received from them that the management decided to proceed with the charges!

Good service and reasonable prices. Bit the main concern is to find one in the vicinity.. Sometimes I walked for 1km 😊

No amount of good things I say about this service can do it justice. I was a bit hesitant to use it at the start, but then I got into a situation where it was either Udrive or a taxi. I am so glad I chose Udrive. From start to end the experience was smooth and the customer service was more than willing to help with any issues I had (I didn't have any). The easiest 5 stars I have ever given an app.

New to this app while my car is in garage. Its useless Since 3 days searching cars but never found any.. Always 2...3 km away. Means you have to get a ride to reach there. They should provide enough cars.

Not recommend to use this app for renting. Once I use it and after 3 days got email with accident ( old scratches back side) fine for damage 800 AED. It is better to rent a car from different companies.
