Upcard

Upcard is an app designed to support families with autism and ADHD with communication, planning and tracking. Upcard is visual and uses digital picture cards which can be created using saved images, your devices camera or by using any of the FREE preloaded icons. The cards can then be used throughout the app making it easy to understand for everyone.
Communicate by creating sentences in either a phrase format “I want, a red, apple” or use the boards to quickly access your favourite cards and promote fluid active communication.
Visual planning is fast, intuitive and fun. Create a step by step visual plan for the days activities, using the cards that you’ve created, and simply tap and flip the cards as you got about completing the steps. Setting a reminder means you never miss anything and everyone knows exactly what to do and when to do it.
Visual planning is a great way to promote independence and empower individuals to try new and interesting things.
Monitoring sleep, medication, mood and more can be tricky and time consuming, especially when using a pen and note book. Now you can track just about anything as and when it happens, so that you can go back and analyse the day, week or month, giving you insights into what causes good days, and what causes bad days.
