An android self- help relief Application for anxiety, depression and Stressed. Mental health is one of the things that every individual must check along with the physical and spiritual health. It includes our psychological, emotional and social well-being that affects how we are going to think, act and feel in certain circumstances. Mental health also determines how people make decisions, how they react in situations, and how they handle their stress. this application aims to lend a helping hand to people who are having troubles regarding with their minor mental health conditions specifically those who suffer from minor stress, anxiety and depression.
The applications provide some helpful materials in order for them to have multiple options on how to deal with their conditions. The application also provides a diary tracker to keep tabs of what an individual is feeling for a certain amount of time. The user can listen to relaxing tracks as if they are in that certain scenario (e.g.: while at the beach and such) if they wanted to. User can also read saved informative reads in the application. They can also play games related to what they are feeling.
